Powder Rooms
Powder rooms are often dressed up, but as far as fixtures go, they just contain the basics.

The defining characteristic of this type of bathroom is that it does not have a shower or bathtub. Real estate listings commonly refer to this bathroom as a “half bath” while many designers and design books will call it a “powder room.” It’s often located near the front door or the living room so that it is easily accessible to guests. Whatever you decide to call it, it has these items:
- A toilet.
- A vanity with one sink.
