When Kohler took the usual shine off of toilets and sinks this year at the Kitchen and Bath Show, the design effect had an ironic result: the understated and subdued Honed White collection stood out from the crowd and got everyone’s attention. The Honed White finish is applied as a glaze and produces a texture that is similar to a stone’s. It’s a simple idea that achieves stunning results.
