Glass tiles are fairly low maintenance: They don’t need to be sealed and can usually be cleaned with standard glass-cleaning products. Glass mosaic tiles can produce many different decorative looks for your bathroom. The pictured tiles are from Crossville’s Echo recycled collection, and feature two common glass finishes, matte and glossy.
Tip: While glass tile does not need to be sealed, you do want to seal the grout in-between the tiles, especially if you’re using glass tiles in a shower application. Also, be careful not to use unsanded grout with glass tiles—the rough consistency of sanded grout could scratch the glass.
