Wall Tile Slide Show
You can look at bathroom tile in different ways: by style, size or material. For this slide show we organized the tiles by materials, but the photos show a diverse collection of tile arrangements and colors. You’ll find plenty of information about tile materials in the text and great design ideas from the photography. When perusing the slide show, keep these tile notes in mind:
- Virtually all tile materials come in small, mosaic pieces as well as larger pieces.
- Square and rectangular tile pieces are fairly common, but other shapes do exist. Just know that more unique the shape is, the more the tile will probably cost and be harder to install.
- With the exception of metal or decorative tile, most tile is sold by the square foot. However, you can usually buy individual pieces to use as accents.
