Chrome-finished faucets match well with modern bathroom decor.
Chrome
Chrome is a durable and inexpensive finish, and thus, it is one of the most popular choices for faucets. Polished chrome provides an extremely shiny look that fits in well with contemporary bathrooms. You can also find softer chrome finishes, such as matte or brushed, which can go with most bathroom styles.

Nickel
Nickel has all the durability of chrome, plus it stands up to scratches and water spots a little better than its shinier counterpart. While chrome can be extremely lustrous, nickel is toned down to provide a softer look. Satin or brushed nickel is the most popular nickel style, and satin and brushed nickel generally have the same appearance; some manufacturers use the term “satin”, others the term “brushed.” You can also find polished nickel for a more lustrous look. Nickel finishes are generally more expensive than chrome, and works well in transitional style bathroom.

Bronze
Oil-rubbed bronze has had a surge in popularity, and this finish is a little darker than brushed bronze. Bronze finishes are usually a little more expensive than nickel and brass, and are often used in rustic, old-world and traditional style bathrooms.
