Produced by Australian manufacturer Caroma, the Caravelle doesn’t look strikingly different than other models, but it functions unlike almost all other U.S. toilets. Featuring a 4-inch trapway—nearly twice the size of most toilets—the Caravelle washes waste down, as opposed to siphoning it away. The Caravelle is also a high efficiency toilet (HET) with two flush options: 1.6 gallons per flush or 0.8 gallons per flush.
